Dr. Ulrich is a sustainability professional with over 15 years of international experience in Europe, North America, and Asia. With a focus on corporate sustainability, she specializes in a systems approach to ESG frameworks in organizations, including carbon management, water conservation, waste reduction, biodiversity enhancement, and sustainability governance.
Dr. Ulrich holds a Doctorate in Environmental Systems Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), an M.Sc. in Sustainable Resources Management from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), and an M.A. from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany. In notable roles such as Sustainability Leader at GE Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Diagnostics, Head of Government Affairs & Compliance at PhosAgro, and Scientific Officer at the Swiss Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG), she led significant sustainability initiatives. At ETH Zurich, Dr. Ulrich co-spearheaded value chain research on sustainable phosphorus management for food security and environmental quality.
Currently, Dr. Ulrich serves as an Associate Board Member at DALUHAY (NGO) in the Philippines and has recently received an Executive MBA in Technology & Innovation from ETH & the University of St. Gallen. Passionate about global cultures and forward-thinking perspectives, she is committed to advancing sustainability in corporate, scientific, and policy arenas.
