Prof. D. Ibrahim Ortaş, born May 1,1960 im Pazarcık, Turley. Bs, MSc in Soil Science at Cukurova Universitey, and PhD in Soil Sciece at the University of Reading, UK.
Presently he is doing research and teaching at Çukurova University. He is responsible for the rhizosphere laboratory and field of research and implementation in Cukurova University, Adana/Turkey.
